KALM is bringing its early-morning wellness experience to Lost City this year, offering a space to recover, refuel and feel incredible before the day (and night) really kicks off.
Looking over the beautiful Karoo, come join us for yoga to loosen you up, a sauna and cold plunge to bring you back to life, and a health bar stocked with everything your body actually needs to keep going all weekend.
the schedule:
Yoga sessions — Friday & Saturday, 9-10am
Guided sauna + cold plunge journey — Saturday 10-11am (spa is free and open daily from 7am-11am)

We met around sunrise, Marki kicked off with some downtempo beats, and at 8AM, Stephy, our headline act treated us with a full bowl of snack, crackle and….drop.
Our Kaapstad jol, Bedawnered, was blessed with the most beautiful weather. Everyone agreed that this was the most epic Saturday morning ever. While our KALM logo proudly floated in front of Table Mountain, TAILORBLEND kept our ravers nourished with functional protein shakes, bulletproof coffees and refreshing electrolytes.
Iglu therapy dished out some dopamine with their ice baths on the dance floor. People were queuing to take the plunge - it was awesome to see.
We can say for sure that Cape Town needed this.
